On 3 December 2025, a General Assembly of the members of our Society was held at the Depot History Centre in Wrocław. During the meeting, the report on the term of office of the outgoing Executive Board for the years 2022-2025 was approved. Plans for the future and current issues concerning the PTHM were also discussed.
During the elections, new authorities of the Polish Oral History Association (2025-2028) were selected:

- Marek Szajda (Vice-President)
- Alina Doboszewska (Vice-President)
- Marcin Jarząbek (treasurer)
- Karolina Żłobecka (secretary)
- Jakub Gałęziowski (board member)
- Wioletta Wejman (board member)
